黃色小鴨強勢登台
這個中秋除天兔強勢登台外，
還有一個萬眾矚目的焦點，
黃色小鴨，
原本只出現在浴室的玩具，
現在搖身一變，
是受人愛戴藝術作品，
尤其它可愛的模樣，
吸引許多大小朋友的喜愛，
也讓最近鬧哄哄的台灣有個紓發的管道，
給平時煩悶的人們有了慰藉，
小鴨到底多熱門，
第一次駛進高雄港口就吸引上萬人觀看，
許多商家因黃色小鴨也發了財，
不過黃色小鴨其實是一個貨真價實的藝術品，
透過裝置藝術的概念給當地造成不同的迴響，
黃色小鴨的作者霍夫曼也在各地有不同的藝術作品，
讓水泥城市充滿不同的藝術氣息，
希望黃色小鴨能夠帶給世界更不一樣的台灣。

霍夫曼早年在荷蘭坎彭的基督教美術學院（Christelijke Academie voor Beeldende Kunsten，今名ArtEZ茲沃勒藝術與設計（ArtEZ Art & Design Zwolle））學習，於2000年畢業。隨後，他自德國柏林的柏林－魏森塞藝術學院（Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee）獲得了碩士學位。此後他以荷蘭鹿特丹為基地，開始從事在公共空間創作巨大造型物的活動
